The Service acts solely as a processing tool under your explicit direction, and you remain the ultimate publisher of record.
3. User Responsibilities and Content Liability
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely and entirely responsible for:
a) Input Data: The topics, prompts, and any initial data you provide to the Service.
b) Final Content: The content that is ultimately generated, reviewed, and published to your connected accounts.
c) Compliance: Ensuring all generated and published content strictly complies with all applicable local and international laws, regulations (including advertising standards), and the terms of service of any third-party platforms used (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
d) Infringement: Ensuring that the final content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party.
You explicitly agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promoting illegal activities.
4. Third-Party Services and APIs
Our Service relies on and integrates with various third-party services and APIs to function, including but not limited to OpenAI, Stability AI, and the YouTube API Services.
- Your use of the Service is subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of these third parties.
- By utilizing any feature connected to a third-party platform (such as YouTube), you explicitly agree to be bound by their Terms of Service (e.g., the YouTube Terms of Service).
- You may revoke the-247‘s access to your third-party accounts at any time via the security settings of that respective platform (e.g., the Google Account Permissions page).

a) Your Content: You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the content you generate using our Service. We do not claim ownership over the scripts, images, videos, or any other output materials you create and publish.
b) Our Service: We retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Service itself, including all code, software, user interface, design, trademarks, and branding (including the name the-247). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as defined by these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge that content generated by artificial intelligence may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors, and it is your sole responsibility to meticulously verify the accuracy, quality, and legal compliance of any generated content before publishing.

c) Any violation of third-party platform terms or legal regulations due to content you published using the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, misuse the AI capabilities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
